This is not a workout I see myself doing often, but like I said at the beginning, do see it as a great workout for the road when travelling. He also shows a little variety with the jump rope. Tony does different push ups and crunches. The title of the disk tells it all you do a series of 100 skips, 30 crunches, 20 push ups. You need a jump rope (or fake it), and push-up stands/ power stands if you have them. It runs 46 minutes with warm-up and cool-down. This is another of the One on One workouts that will be great for the road or while travelling.
